The Old Kingdom
Very few know of the Old Kingdom, for a legend says it was thousands of years ago. King Dante` and Queen Marmela had just given birth to their first child, Princess May. May was a bright child, and her parents knew she was perfect for the throne. As years passed, many threats had been made against the kingdom and the King knew his daughter needed to know to fight. Princess May's father was more of a teacher to May, not a father. King Dante` taught May all the elements without a moment to waste and even taught her the "Secret Element". Marmela was the one keeping orders in the kingdom. May's father had taught her so much and now May was not only a princess, but a captain of the royal guards. A threat had soon been made to the kingdom and dragons would invade. My mother was worried for May, but May was ready for any attack. The kingdom fought with all they could, but they were defeated. May was told to flee, and she did so. A dragon followed May and cursed her into being the age she was forever (also making her unable to die). She found the forest of the land now know as the wonderful, Celestial Towers. She build a small hut and lived through thousands of years, never to die or age. When the Celestial Towers were built, May changed her name and began living among the others as a peasant. Legend says she still lives to this day, and her powers have become stronger. Strong enough to use the "Secret Element" as a weapon.
